Dear customers, we thank you and congratulate you for your choice. In its manufacturing, Sanijura only uses quality materials. At all stages in the manufacturing, the most rigorous inspections are carried out.

The warranty:

The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase.

The warranty only applies upon presentation of the certificate duly filled out by the seller.

The warranty covers parts that are confirmed as defective by Sanijura, such as material manufacturing defects.

It cannot result in compensation in the event that furniture units are immobilised or in case of damage during the exchange period, nor any reimbursement for assembly or disassembly costs. Shipping charges for returned or exchanged units, travel expenses as well as the labour costs for the repair or replacement of parts are at the buyer’s expense. Possible expenses resulting from the removal and replacement of our furniture units and accessories are not covered by warranty. Furniture units must be returned post-paid to Sanijura, that assumes no liability for damage occurring during transportation.

The warranty does not cover:

Natural effects of the materials (wood, marble, granite), such as seams or grains, non-uniform shades of any natural appearance,

Scratches, fingerprints, flakes, blows or burns.

Any faults or deterioration resulting from any usage other than the one for which the product was designed, or due to incorrect usage or non-compliance with the assembly instructions, installation guide or usage and upkeep recommendations.

Any deterioration or default occurring during delivery, installation or assembly, caused by the distributor, installer or consumer.

Visible appearance defects not declared at the time of the product’s delivery.

Any damages affecting a unit after installation.

Any changes to the product’s appearance as a result of usage, particularly for elements that are subject to wear.

Natural distinctive features of the materials (wood, marble, leather...) such as veins or grains, and colour differences.

Damages occurring as a result of parasites in the premises of the distributor, its agents or the consumer.

The sockets of any electrical equipment.

The storage of any products under unsuitable conditions.

Damages resulting from incorrect water connections or evacuation.

Damages caused by abnormal variations of the electrical voltage or the usage of unsuitable light bulbs.

Consequences related to any possible modifications of the furniture units.

Damages resulting from an inadequate seal between the washbasin and the countertop, as well as any other location where the furniture units would require the installation of a sealed joint (see the assembly instructions).

Damages caused by inadequate aeration, humidity or a source of abnormal heat.

Furniture units that have been used during exhibitions at trade fairs or other commercial events.

Warrantee application:

Requests for warranty coverage must be submitted to your retailer.

Only Sanijura is authorised to take the measures needed for the warrantee’s application.

For a faster response, we recommend that your request should include a clear and written description of the purpose of your service request.

Transportation damage:

Check your products upon receiving them, and immediately inform your retailer of any identified damage before assembly. Any damage declared to us after the installation of furniture units will not be covered by the warranty. Our technical department will provide advice on the appropriate solution. Any unit that must be returned to us must be returned in its original packaging.
